Role overview

What you will do

• Lead small product development projects and contribute to larger programs delivering compliant Fluid Conveyance solutions.
• Provide technical support, prototype development, testing, and validation for internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout product development and introduction.
• Use computer-assisted engineering, prediction models, Six Sigma, DFSS, PDSC, P-Diagram, DFMEA, risk management, and DVPR tools.
• Apply innovative concepts, protect intellectual property, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6–7 years of hydraulic fluid conveyance experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred, and thermal management solutions and testing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of DFSS, FMEA, DVPR, PDSC, failure investigation, root cause analysis, and 8D is required.
• Understanding of EN, SAE, and ISO standards, GD&T, stack-up analysis, and engineering checklists is required.
• Experience with PLM systems, engineering change management, and Teamcenter is required.
• Strong written and oral communication, decision quality, problem-solving, multitasking, and continuous improvement skills are required.
