- Lead and manage strategic workstreams within large scale banking transformation programs
- Drive business strategy, operating model transformation, performance improvement, and commercial optimization initiatives
- Develop executive level presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, including C suite executives and business leaders, to align objectives and drive decision making
- Structure and oversee complex analyses, ensuring data driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across workstreams and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Support business development activities, proposal development, and client relationship management
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive governance forums
- Mentor junior consultants and team members while promoting best practices in project delivery

Job Summary
