Engagement Directors are senior engagement leaders with a strong strategy and value creation background. Engagement Directors own the design and delivery of AI Co ‑ Workers and support the overall relationship with enterprise clients. It is their role to ensure that, once deployed, the AI Co-Workers deliver the value and ROI originally agreed to with the customer. This role is well suited to candidates that have deep experience in software Product Delivery and/or senior alumni from strategy consulting firms (Director or early Principal levels) who want to move from strategy and analytics into hands ‑ on AI delivery with real accountability.
