- Provide comprehensive pre sales technical support including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations
- Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation
- Respond to RFPs, deliver bid presentations, and address technical inquiries during bidding
- Deliver product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers
- Gather and analyze customer information and requirements; monitor competitor products and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus
- Knows how to use CAD

Job Description
- Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects.
- Provide comprehensive pre sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
- Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation.
- Be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process.
- Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers.
- Gather and analyze customer information and requirements. Monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus.
- Knows how to use CAD.
