Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
- Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation.
- Be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process.
- Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers.
- Gather and analyze customer information and requirements.
- Monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus;
- Knows how to use CAD.
