About the Role
As a Senior Endpoint Management Consultant , you will be responsible for delivering on a range of business solutions across our client landscape. Our target consultant is a Microsoft-centric professional who enjoys engaging in a variety of end-to-end projects.
Location: Remote, Canada
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Mode: Hybrid
What You Will Do
- Working as a project delivery resource within a team of consultants under the direction of the technical lead and project manager or delivering on engagements as lead consultant; depending on size and technical scope
- Run Pre-sales calls or work with our pre-sales resources to complete scoping calls, statement of work creation, customer workshop and presentation delivery and to work on projects as a senior technical lead
- Lead project delivery for our Endpoint management customer projects that consists of design, discovery, planning, deployments and post migration support
- Defender for Endpoint and Servers deployment and configuration, where needed with Azure ARC enabled for on-premises workloads
- Occasional tier 3 escalation requests
