What you'll be handling:

Take ownership of projects and technical decisions.

Lead technical discussions and mentor team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.

Demonstrate deep expertise in C# and software architecture.

Possess broad knowledge of development tools, testing, CI/CD, and system integration.

Drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What you'll need:

Strong experience in C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Windows application development.

Hands-on experience with WPF, gRPC, and procedural programming.

Knowledge of Experior (emulation principles and tools).

Basic understanding of intralogistics/warehouse automation.

Experience with Visual Studio, Rider, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good English communication skills.
