Role Overview

  • Maximus KSA is looking for a dynamic and results driven Employer Services Executive to build strong employer partnerships, generate employment opportunities, and support individuals in securing meaningful careers.
  • As an Employer Services Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employers, acting as a brand ambassador for Maximus Gulf.
  • You will develop and maintain employer relationships, identify recruitment and skills development opportunities, and help drive successful job placements while achieving key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers.
  • Understand employer workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment and skills solutions.
  • Generate, manage, and convert vacancies into successful placements.
  • Research local labor market trends and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Achieve vacancy fill rate and business development targets.
  • Develop opportunities with existing accounts and secure new employer partnerships.
  • Manage employer accounts and maximize recruitment and skills solution opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and convert employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity updates within the CRM system.
  • Promote Maximus Gulf programs and services to employers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct employer site visits and deliver presentations on recruitment solutions.
  • Provide post placement support to ensure successful employee retention and employer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to build lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Customer focused with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and business applications.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of engaging with employers and building successful business relationships.
  • Experience working toward KPIs and performance targets.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employment services, or career counseling is highly desirable.
