- Lead end to end technology delivery across KSA, spanning Product Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Delivery Management
- Translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps
- Drive modern engineering and Agile delivery practices
- Build high performing teams focused on quality, innovation, and operational excellence
- Work closely with senior leadership, clients, and government stakeholders as a trusted technology partner
- Oversee complex delivery portfolios and manage enterprise scale programmes
- Support product centric ways of working and drive digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering large scale technology programmes within government, public sector, or regulated environments
- Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise architecture, API/integration ecosystems, and modern software engineering practices
- Arabic language skills are essential
- Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution
- Experience leading cross functional teams and building high performing engineering and product teams

Role Overview
- Maximus is looking for a senior technology leader to join our growing business in Saudi Arabia as Director of Product Engineering & Delivery.
- At Maximus, we deliver large scale government programmes that support employment, workforce development, skills, and social impact across the region.
- This is a high impact leadership role responsible for end to end technology delivery across KSA, spanning Product Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Delivery Management.
- The successful candidate will lead cross functional teams responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high performing digital solutions across multiple business segments.
