Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert on compliance and company policies, providing advice to managers and employees
- Coach and guide managers in managing poor performance and handling misconduct cases
- Support managers in execution and tracking of disciplinary actions according to local laws
- Handle terminations ensuring proper steps and documentation to minimize labor claim risk
- Conduct impartial investigations into grievances and identify trends for procedural improvements
- Manage employee relations case timelines and deliverables
- Analyze performance management data and past misconduct cases to develop recommendations
- Act as HR Business Partner to a dedicated Department
- Spearhead automation and improvements towards internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, or related field
- Minimum 8 10 years’ experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles
- Deep expertise in employment law, complex investigations, disciplinary processes, terminations, workforce reduction projects
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on sensitive people issues
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, or related field
