In this Role, you’ll get to

  • Act as subject matter expert on compliance and company policies
  • Coach, counsel, and guide managers in managing poor performance and handling misconduct
  • Support managers in execution and tracking of disciplinary actions
  • Handle terminations ensuring right steps and documentation
  • Conduct impartial investigations into grievances
  • Manage employee relations case timelines and deliverables
  • Analyze performance management data and past misconduct cases
  • Act as HR Business Partner to a dedicated Department
  • Spearhead automation and improvements towards internal processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 8 10 years’ experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles
  • Deep expertise in employment law, complex investigations, disciplinary processes, terminations, workforce reduction projects
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on sensitive people issues

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment
  • Ability to operate with high degree of independence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, ownership, reliability, and ethical standards
  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and manage change
  • Proven ability to identify trends and drive improvements

Communication

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills to articulate risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders
