A Day in the Life
- As our Employee Engagement Project Lead based in Jeddah, you will be the driving force connecting our employees in Saudi Arabia to L’Oréal’s strategy, purpose, and vibrant culture.
- You will design and execute engaging communication strategies and experiences that resonate with our teams and strengthen our employer brand.
In This Dynamic Role, You Will
- Shape Our Culture: Develop and roll out the employee engagement roadmap, collaborating with HR and leadership to bring our values to life through key initiatives like Citizen Day and Ethics Day.
- Create Compelling Stories: Produce modern, human centric content across multiple formats (video, digital, LinkedIn) to communicate our corporate narrative and achievements.
- Manage Flagship Events: Take the lead on project management for major internal events, including Town Halls and Family Day, ensuring they are memorable and impactful.
- Amplify Our Voice: Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a thriving employee advocacy program, empowering our people to become powerful brand ambassadors.
We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree is required.
