Responsibilities
- Build the EMEA operational framework for the Internal and Supplier Assurance (ISA) business line, integrating it seamlessly into the company's established processes
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define the client journey for ISA throughout EMEA while working closely with global teams to ensure alignment
- Work with direct reports and other regional leaders to mobilize teams to deploy a client centric solution across clients
- Align EMEA operations with the global Hub, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with compliance teams to ensure ISA controls and processes are appropriate, proportionate to risk, embedded and effective
- Deliver ISA revenue and growth across EMEA, working with the global team to drive global growth and revenue
Requirements
- Strong operational leadership with a solid understanding of professional services, preferably within audit or advisory environments
- Ability to create a tightly integrated delivery engine that ensures quality, efficiency, margin control, and regulatory readiness
- Experience in defining client journeys and operational frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and regional leaders

Overview / Purpose Of The Position
- The internal and supplier assurance (ISA) business partners with clients to build trust within their organisations and across their value chains.
- ISA has undergone tremendous growth, and this strategic role will support this growth across the EMEA region by shaping our approach to delivering client solutions.
- The Head of Operations will build the EMEA operational framework for this business line, integrating it seamlessly into the company's established processes while ensuring it operates with commercial discipline, efficiency, and scalability.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Process: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define the client journey for ISA throughout EMEA whilst working closely with global teams to ensure alignment.
- Operational delivery: Work with direct reports and other regional leaders to mobilise our teams to deploy a client centric solution across our clients.
- Global Hub: Align EMEA operations with the global Hub, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Governance: Work collaboratively with the respective compliance teams to ensure ISA controls and processes are appropriate, proportionate to the risk, embedded and effective.
- Performance: Deliver ISA revenue and growth across EMEA, whilst working with the global team to drive global growth and revenue.
Travel Requirements
- EMEA travel as required to support business and client activity.
