- Strong operational leadership experience in professional services, preferably audit or advisory environments
- Experience building operational frameworks and integrating with established processes
- Ability to drive commercial discipline, efficiency, and scalability
- Experience with regulatory readiness and compliance
- Willingness to travel across EMEA

Overview / Purpose Of The Position
- The internal and supplier assurance (ISA) business partners with clients to build trust within their organisations and across their value chains.
- This strategic role will support ISA growth across the EMEA region by shaping our approach to delivering client solutions, enhancing client centricity, and harmonising with global efforts.
- The Head of Operations will build the EMEA operational framework for this business line, integrating it into the company's established processes while ensuring commercial discipline, efficiency, and scalability.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the client journey for ISA throughout EMEA, working closely with global teams to ensure alignment.
- Work with direct reports and regional leaders to mobilise teams to deploy a client centric solution across clients.
- Maintain within the region the competencies and roles required to support operational delivery of ISA programs.
- Align EMEA operations with the global Hub.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure ISA controls and processes are appropriate, proportionate, embedded, and effective.
- Deliver ISA revenue and growth across EMEA, working with global team to drive global growth.
Travel Requirements
- EMEA travel as required to support business and client activity.
