- Experience in professional services, preferably audit or advisory environments
- Ability to build operational frameworks and drive efficiency

Overview / Purpose Of The Position
- The Head of Operations will build the EMEA operational framework for the ISA business line.
- Integrate it seamlessly into the company's established processes while ensuring commercial discipline, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure alignment with the global ISA community to drive standardisation.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the client journey for ISA throughout EMEA.
- Work with direct reports and regional leaders to mobilise teams for client centric solution deployment.
- Maintain competencies and roles required for operational delivery of ISA programs.
- Align EMEA operations with the global Hub.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure ISA controls and processes are appropriate and effective.
- Deliver ISA revenue and growth across EMEA.
- Establish cadence of performance monitoring and provide insights for business forecast.
