About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding doors and Structured Cabling
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for Annual Maintenance Contracts
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, SIRA inspectors, MEP contractors, and team members to meet project timelines
- Conduct site surveys and provide site survey reports
- Prepare maintenance logs, reports, and client feedback documentation
- Ensure all systems and maintenance practices align with Dubai Municipality, SIRA, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in similar field with AMC site handling
- Strong knowledge and experience in ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Alarm Systems, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV system configuration tools
- UAE Driving License is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid SIRA certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding doors and Structured Cabling.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, SIRA inspectors, MEP contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site surveys and provide site survey reports.
- Prepare maintenance logs, reports, and client feedback documentation.
- Ensure all systems and maintenance practices align with Dubai Municipality, SIRA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AMC clients.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to manage workload and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in the similar field with AMC’s site handling.
- Valid SIRA certification will be a plus.
- Knowledge of ELV systems and technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge & Experience in ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Alarm Systems, etc.) is a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV system configuration tools.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
