Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operational activities to support compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to regional and international teams on Middle East compliance queries and requirements.
- Gather and validate compliance data regularly based on agreement-level requirements.
- Track data for performance reviews and reporting, and maintain an issue log for process gaps and improvements.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and help formulate strategies to maintain compliance status.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide interdepartmental training when needed.
- Partner with regional sales and client management teams on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Register benefit plans on government portals.
- Support preparation and management of client and broker contracts.
- Identify compliance risks, gather missing information, and help prevent non-compliance cases.
- Monitor and report adherence to compliance practices across the business.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
