Support healthcare compliance operations and regulatory activities across the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operational activities to support compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide compliance guidance to regional and international teams.
- Gather, validate, and maintain compliance data for reporting and performance reviews.
- Maintain issue logs for compliance gaps and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and support compliance strategy development.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide interdepartmental training when needed.
- Partner with sales and client management teams on compliance matters.
- Register benefit plans on government portals.
- Support client and broker contract preparation and management.
- Identify compliance risks and gather missing information.
- Monitor and report compliance practice adherence across the business.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations affecting Middle East compliance operations.
- Ability to gather, validate, and maintain compliance data for reporting and performance reviews.

- Ability to identify compliance risks, gather missing information, and support prevention of non-compliance cases.
- Ability to provide compliance guidance to regional, international, sales, and client management teams.
