- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning for the Electronics product line
- Act as subject matter expert for electronic design workflows, with focus on PCB design and manufacturing processes
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align product direction and execution
- Drive business development activities by identifying growth opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with external parties including technology partners, customers, and industry stakeholders
- Contribute to go to market plans, product messaging, and commercial enablement
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in electronics, semiconductor, and photonics domains
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Strong hands on experience in PCB design, electronic product development, and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with engineering software and understanding how software supports design and manufacturing workflows
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, business development, or external facing technical/commercial roles
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Experience in semiconductors and/or photonics is an asset

About the Role
