You'll likely bring
A few years' hands-on electronics experience across some mix of design, manufacturing and product support — breadth matters more here than a narrow specialism
A real knack for root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving
Experience with low-power Bluetooth wearables
A solid grasp of DfM, engineering change and manufacturing readiness through to production ramp
PCB design fluency (Altium a plus), and ideally some automated test experience (integrating instrumentation with LabVIEW, Python or similar)
Time in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace or automotive), ideally with IEC 60601-1 / 60601-1-2 familiarity
Audit-ready documentation habits, and ideally some Lean or Six Sigma behind you
