Electronic Security Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator provides support to the Field Operations Manager and Project Managers at each regional office for coordination of project functions from the moment of award to the completion of the project.

The position is responsible for many aspects of the project execution process prior to mobilization.

They coordinate meetings, track assigned tasks, set deadlines, review responsibilities, monitor project status reports, updates management, and reviews Project Manager reports and status updates.

The Project Coordinator ensures that all PM’s reports for leadership regarding the status of projects weekly are complete and accurate.

The Operations Coordinator assists with scheduling resources based on their needs.

If time permits, they will conduct SharePoint and SimPro audits to ensure processes are followed.

Providing feedback on established processes to help improve tracking and execution is expected.

Accurate records, scheduling and timekeeping are key responsibilities for this position.

Assisting the Field Operations Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities will be a core function of the Project Coordinator.

Task items may include assisting with administrative matters, event planning, liaison participation, and project walks.

This position requires a very dynamic individual who is a self-starter and naturally driven to produce results.

They must enjoy tackling challenges head-on to produce successful results.

• Support BMO quote generation/site survey/sub pricing
• Support BMO quote review
• Verify pending projects are ready for project kickoff meetings.
• Engage resources for kickoff meetings.
• Schedule internal kickoff with PM, Ops, Engineering, Sales and assist in ensuring tasks are assigned and input into tracking software update project notes with critical items from kickoff checklist.
