Electrician (M&E East)

carry out a range of electrical repairs and maintenance work across properties

diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively

ensure all work is completed to a high standard, right first time

work on both occupied and void homes

support other trades and colleagues when required

use tools and systems to manage and complete jobs effectively

respond appropriately to safeguarding and emergency situations

participate in the on-call rota, including evenings and public holidays

18th Edition qualification and current ECS card

experience in electrical maintenance within housing or construction

strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

good knowledge of general building and construction

excellent customer service and communication skills

flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional overtime

IT literacy (e.g. Outlook, Teams, digital job systems)

full UK driving licence

2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent
