Position Overview
Service and repair electric two-wheelers and their electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Support vehicle safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in the service and workshop department.
Report to the Workshop Manager or Service Manager.
EV Diagnosis and Inspection
- Inspect electric vehicles and identify electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
- Diagnose faults using EV diagnostic tools and scan equipment.
- Check batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, sensors, charging systems, and related components.
Battery and Electrical Systems
- Inspect and maintain high-voltage and low-voltage battery systems, connectors, wiring, and terminals.
- Diagnose charging and battery-related complaints.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling EV battery systems.
Motor, Controller, and Repairs
- Diagnose electric motor, controller, throttle, sensor, and related electrical component issues.
- Replace or repair defective components according to manufacturer procedures.
