Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve specified targets effectively and allocate work properly
- Guide the preparation of design the detailed engineering work
- Responsible for quality review to ensure high quality and approval of engineering deliverables as per applicable specifications, codes and standards, client/consultant, and authority requirements
- Technical Review & Audit, Supervision on behalf of head office to assigned projects to identify, highlight, and solve technical issues
- Monitor and Review BIM models
- Study and review the Tender/IFC drawings/specification and raise RFI if required
- Electrical Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all electrical services
- Expert in Electrical calculations load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop, capacitor bank sizing, Lux level calculation and other related
- Technical Review of Method Statement for electrical services as requested
- Technical Review of Material Submittal for electrical services as requested
- Knowledge in DM Green building requirements
- Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial and other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 10 Years' of relevant work experience in managing projects with a particular focus on Hotel & Resorts or High Rise developments
