Technical Leadership
- Lead, support, and supervise the electrical technical team while allocating work to achieve project targets.
- Guide detailed engineering preparation and support the technical manager in improving team quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and evaluate engineers and maintain effective relationships with other authorities and disciplines.
Engineering Review and Compliance
- Review engineering deliverables against specifications, codes, standards, client and consultant requirements, and authority requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits of assigned projects to identify, highlight, and resolve technical issues.
- Review tender and IFC drawings, raise requests for information when required, and monitor BIM models.
- Review electrical method statements and material submittals as requested.
Electrical Delivery
- Oversee electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical services.
- Perform load, breaker, cable, voltage drop, capacitor bank, lux level, and related electrical calculations.
- Inspect and audit installation work on site when required.
Coordination and Support
- Provide technical support to site, procurement, commercial, and other departments.
- Coordinate with main contractors, specialists, suppliers, clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Ensure technical solutions comply with design requirements, standards, codes, time, cost, and quality targets.
