Role Overview
China State Construction Middle East is recruiting a BIM Modeler (Architect) for a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator in project and sector BIM execution.
- Develop design components, including libraries, families, catalogues, templates, and models, using relevant modeling tools.
- Maintain graphic and non-graphic data embedded in BIM models and ensure data completeness, correctness, and accuracy.
- Assist in configuring the Common Data Environment for project use.
- Use relevant library management tools to build, store, and manage model libraries.
- Prepare packages for submissions.
- Configure and run clash tests and assist the BIM Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
- Architectural BIM modeling capability using relevant modeling tools.
