Company Description
Albwardy Damen is a UAE-based shipyard serving marine and oil and gas customers across the Middle East.
The company builds steel and aluminum vessels and provides ship repair, afloat repair, and diving services from facilities in Dubai, Sharjah, and Fujairah.
Role Description
This on-site Dubai role oversees day-to-day electrical production on shipbuilding and repair projects.
The position coordinates teams to deliver electrical work safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards.
Production Leadership
- Plan and distribute tasks, monitor progress against project schedules, and resolve technical vessel electrical issues.
- Mentor electrical technicians, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement in shipyard production.
Coordination and Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, HSE, and project management teams.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
