Job Purpose
Provide maintenance planning services to the Asset Maintenance team for reliable and effective execution across onshore operating assets.
Support planning activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, instructions, and targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Align maintenance planning activities with KPIs and execute them on time.
- Develop detailed scopes of work for asset-maintenance work orders.
- Allocate materials, procurement, tools, equipment, labor, contracts, and logistics resources to planned tasks.
- Review new notifications and validate time frames, completion dates, amendments, and duplicate work orders.
- Capture all associated costs before sending work orders for management approval.
- Raise Master Data Governance corrections for missing or incorrect SAP Bill of Materials data.
- Prepare Material Return to Stock documentation for surplus or unused materials.
- Ensure planned work is consistent with company standards.
- Facilitate monthly preventive-maintenance reviews 12 weeks ahead of schedule.
- Maintain SAP PM task lists for routine and repetitive major work.
- Support work-order closeout by setting status to Technical Completion.
