Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control train movements through ATS systems
- Supervise and coordinate train operations and service activities
- Liaise with maintenance teams and the Control Center for smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports (OCC logs, dashboards, schedules)
- Manage train service mode transitions in coordination with the Control Center
- Monitor CCTV systems and passenger flow to ensure safety and efficiency
- Report faults, alarms, and incidents in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Support incident management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Operate SCADA systems in line with safety procedures and protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines
- Support Qualified Maintenance Personnel (QMP) as required
- Manage lost and found processes
- Complete all reports and documentation before the end of each shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Controller
