Electrical Integration Engineer

The Electrical Integration Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of electrical control cabinets, power distribution systems, and interconnect wiring.

This individual will develop electrical schematics, plan power routing, select components, and comply with applicable electrical standards while supporting manufacturing, testing, and field deployment.

• Design electrical control cabinets, junction boxes, and power distribution panels.
• Develop wiring diagrams, schematics, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Create power routing layouts for AC and DC systems.
• Size and select circuit protection devices, power supplies, relays, terminal blocks, and wiring components.
• Integrate electrical equipment with PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and industrial networks.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure proper cabinet layout and cable routing.
• Perform electrical load calculations and verify power distribution requirements.
• Develop and manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and installation work instructions.
• Actively monitor assembly, system integration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site commissioning.
• Troubleshoot wiring, grounding, power quality, and integration issues during build and deployment.
• Adhere to NEC, IPC 620, and applicable customer standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to electrical design standards and manufacturing efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field
