About the Role
NEW Alfa International is seeking an Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical Supervisor for Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Facility in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, ensuring EHS compliance, managing work permits, coordinating maintenance jobs, and supporting reliability engineering.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate manpower for maintenance jobs to meet daily objectives
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure work permit conditions are adhered to during execution of work
- Organize materials and equipment needed for maintenance jobs
- Track and control overtime worked by staff
- Assign technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Support reliability methodologies such as RCM, RBI, and RCA
- Participate in site inspections and safety investigations
- Assist in developing maintenance budget and forecast
- Identify training requirements for technicians and coordinate on the job training
Requirements
- 7 12 years of experience in maintenance supervision (Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical)
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and safe work practices
- Experience with ERP Asset Management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Overview
- Works within maintenance organization to provide direct supervision and leadership of resources toward execution of all maintenance (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical) jobs within technical area of responsibility.
- Ensures work is completed in ERP Asset Management in a timely manner and meets all safety and quality standards.
- Assists in engineering reviews, designs and analysis of projects.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Complies with, and ensures subordinates adhere to EHS regulations & guidelines.
- Ensures technicians are aware of all safety policies and properly trained.
- Ensures Job Safety Procedure (JSP) standards are in place.
- Takes appropriate actions to ensure workplace is clean and tidy.
- Contributes to continuous safety improvement by reporting near misses and incidents.
Engineering & Maintenance Support
- Alignment, implementation, and technical support to meeting operational reliability level.
- Drives implementation of site wide maintenance strategy.
- Supervises and allocates manpower for various maintenance jobs.
- Ensures actual tools/equipment and man hours are in accordance to plan.
- Ensures conditions and procedures in work permit are adhered to.
- Organizes materials and equipment needed to execute maintenance jobs.
- Ensures staff are punctual and carry out jobs efficiently.
- Track and control overtime.
- Assigns suitable technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Prepared for urgent or contingent requirements like plant turnaround.
- Manages maintenance team in case of emergency repairs.
- Provides technical and non technical assistance to shift maintenance leads.
HR, Leadership, Training & Coaching
- Provides lead role in implementation of maintenance work processes.
- Identifies training requirements for technicians and organizes on the job training.
- Coordinates training and mentorship of maintenance personnel.
- Assists with recruitment of experienced maintenance engineers, planners and technicians.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships.
Reports Generation
- Leads and supervises development of maintenance work control/performance monitoring procedures and KPIs.
- Ensures maintenance schedules are accurately implemented and data entered in ERP.
- Ensures technical maintenance and engineering reports are generated and communicated.
