Role Description
The Electrical Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees daily electrical activities on construction or maintenance sites and actively supervises site work.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan work schedules, assign tasks to electricians, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Monitor electrical system installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades and resolve technical issues on site.
- Read drawings and schematics, inspect completed work, arrange materials and tools, and document progress and incidents.
- Ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and regulatory compliance through active site supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in electricity and electrical wiring are required.
