Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity take offs from electrical, MV/LV power systems, and ELV drawings
- Build full commercial and technical tender proposals, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate pricing with competitive suppliers and MEP subcontractors
- Identify potential project risks and provide optimization via value engineering
- Manage and price variation orders, changes, and design adjustments
- Track and update actual construction costs against the baseline budget
- Evaluate and clear subcontractors' monthly progress billing and interim payment requests
- Collaborate with the commercial team to finalize and close project final accounts
Requirements
- Experience in electrical estimation for mega infrastructure, airport expansions, or major building developments
- Proficiency in quantity take offs from electrical, MV/LV power, and ELV drawings
- Ability to build commercial and technical tender proposals including BOQ
- Experience in post contract cost control, variation orders, and subcontractor billing

Role Overview

Pre Contract (Tendering & Bidding)
- Perform accurate quantity take offs from electrical, MV/LV power systems, and ELV drawings.
- Build full commercial and technical tender proposals, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate pricing with competitive suppliers and MEP subcontractors.
