Electrical Engineer - Mid Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology; required Master's degree; preferred
• Master's degree; preferred
• Professional Engineer licensure in the State of California or the ability to obtain via reciprocity within 18 months of hire; required
• 4 to 8+ years of related experience in: Medium/low voltage power distribution systems Grounding systems Lighting systems Communications systems Electrical equipment design and specifications (including switchboards and switchgear) Power System studies preferred

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit; required
• Proficiency ETAP or EasyPower and AGI32; preferred

• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
• All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Base salary range:

$115,000 to $160,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.

Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California market.

Physical requirements:

Majority of work is office based.

Some site visits may be required which may necessitate navigating unpaved or natural terrain while carrying equipment.
