Technical Support Tasks

  • Provide technical presentations and lead discussions on smart metering, communication systems, and AMI.
  • Provide technical presentations and lead discussions on BESS and smart microgrid design services.
  • Provide technical presentations and lead discussions on EVCS products and services.
  • Provide technical presentations and lead discussions on smart submetering products and services.
  • Provide after-sales customer support and technical training for company products and services.

Field Support Tasks

  • Support customer rollout activities, including installation planning, configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and deliver pilot activities involving data capture, data analysis, and associated reporting.
  • Provide online and phone support for metering and communication products.
  • Provide online and phone support for ancillary software such as HHU and PC Emulation Software.
  • Assist with customer training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and onsite delivery.

Testing and Verification Tasks

  • Develop functional and parametric test plans based on customer specifications and requirements.
  • Set up and maintain test platforms for functional and parametric testing.
  • Implement and execute test plans under customer engineer and representative supervision at selected customer locations.
  • Compile test reports based on customer requirements and obtain validation and approval.
  • Verify metering and communication prototypes and support product certifications.
