Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
• Registered as an Engineer‐in‐Training (EIT) or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
• 2+ years of professional experience in electrical or EIC system design, preferably within municipal water or wastewater projects; preferably within large engineering consulting firms.
• Metro Vancouver projects experience would be an additional asset.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, PLCs, communications, and P&IDs
• Exposure to municipal infrastructure projects or regulated environments is an asset
• Strong attention to detail, sound time‐management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
