Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in designing complex electrical projects, with a focus on MV substations, power distribution, datacenter infrastructure, and industrial power systems.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, etc.).
- Solid understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC) and their application in electrical designs.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information ; Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance with federal government.

Abilities
Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
