KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and lead systems and test engineering efforts including requirements management, system integration, and engine development/qualification test efforts
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track project milestones, and ensure adherence to strict technical requirements
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals
- Prepare and present monthly budget and schedule updates, including Control Account Management (CAM) activities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Act as the primary liaison between team leadership and customers, providing regular updates on program status and addressing any concerns
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project engineering, Test engineering, or related discipline
- Experience with Control Account Management (CAM)
WE VALUE
Hands-on background in New Product Development (NPD), R&D, or aerospace testing
Technical knowledge in Gas Turbine Engines (APU or Propulsion)
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Program/control account management skills
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
Proven ability to work with minimal direction in a cross-functional team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in solving technical problems through analytical thinking and innovation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously
