KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and calibrate test systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Testing verification and reporting of devices under test.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to devices under test, including diagnosing minor problems, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the implementation of test setups, upgrades and modifications
  • Understanding of test procedures.
  • Document all test activities in appropriate software, including updating equipment records and preparing reports.

Qualifications

  • The Honeywell Aerospace building is a controlled goods program (CGP) environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronic testing role.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 35lbs.

WE VALUE

Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Strong computer skills (Office 365)

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Follow procedures (Sop’s, Maps, Drawings, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment

Understanding of RF Theory

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 in Kanata, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
