In this role, the EICA Engineer will be responsible for designing, engineering, and supporting electrical control panels for a wide range of industrial and building service applications.
The position requires strong hands‑on knowledge of control panel design, component selection, load calculations, and coordination with manufacturing and Service/Sites teams.
Electrical Control Panel Design & Engineering
- Design LT control panels including MCC, PLC panels, VFD panels, pump control panels, HVAC control panels, and utility panels.
- Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM using AutoCAD / SolidWorks Electrical.
- Perform panel load calculations, short‑circuit considerations, forms of construction, IP ratings as per applicable standards.
Component Selection & Technical Compliance
- Select switchgear and control components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, PLCs, VFDs, and protection devices.
