Program Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with design basis reports, drawings, and project development activities.
• Support design coordination, project implementation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Support quality control and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Architecture graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, hardworking, and learning-oriented mindset.
