Role Overview
EHS Manager role based at a manufacturing site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Lead and continuously improve environmental compliance, process safety, and occupational health and safety activities.

The role requires a confident, influential, independent, and hands-on EHS leader.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the site's EHS Management System and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Act as the primary site leader for environmental, health, safety, and process safety matters.
- Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Lead PHA, risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Support MOC, PSSR, safe work practices, and critical safety programs.
- Oversee permit to work, LOTO, contractor safety, confined space, work at height, and chemical handling controls.
- Monitor environmental reporting, waste management, emissions, and pollution prevention.
- Deliver EHS training and communicate performance reports, risks, and action plans.
Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of EHS experience in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, or other high-hazard manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EHS, process safety, risk management, and environmental compliance.
- Experience with safety culture, EHS programs, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized EHS certification.
- Experience with PHA, MOC, and PSM is preferred.
