Role Overview
The role combines educational consultancy and sales to guide students and professionals toward suitable training programs.
The successful candidate will support course enrollments while meeting sales and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries and provide professional course counselling.
- Recommend suitable training programs based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain relationships with students and clients.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, education consultancy, a training institute, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in English.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- CRM and lead management experience is preferred.
