Role Overview
Quadra Plus is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive.
The role focuses on sales, client acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- CRM and lead management experience is an advantage.
- UAE experience is an added advantage.
