- Define the overall strategy and design the service portfolio and value proposition for the Education & Training business line
- Identify business opportunities, contribute to client acquisition and monitor financial performance
- Build and manage strategic relationships with Italian academic institutions, training providers, certification bodies and local stakeholders
- Oversee the Hub’s Learning Centre, ensuring design and delivery of high quality training programs
- Develop educational, institutional and commercial initiatives that turn training activities into networking and business matching opportunities
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in building, developing or scaling education, training or knowledge based services
- Strong business mindset and ability to translate ideas into marketable offers
- Ability to manage partnerships with academic, institutional and corporate stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and Italian, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

- Italiacamp is an Impact Organization promoting economic and social progress through partnerships with public and private entities.
- Based in Rome and Milan, operating globally through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in Dubai, which oversees the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.
- Seeking a highly skilled Education & Training Manager to join the team in the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.
- This role will report directly to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO.
Description and Activities
- Define the overall strategy and design the service portfolio and value proposition, identifying market needs, target clients and priority areas of development.
- Identify business opportunities, contribute client acquisition and monitor the financial performance of the business line against agreed targets.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with Italian academic institutions, training providers, certification bodies and local stakeholders.
- Oversee the Hub’s Learning Centre, ensuring the design and delivery of high quality training programs aligned with business objectives and market demand.
- Develop educational, institutional and commercial initiatives that turn training activities into opportunities for networking, business matching and market access.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in building, developing or scaling education, training or knowledge based services.
- Strong business mindset and ability to translate ideas into marketable offers.
- Ability to manage partnerships with academic, institutional and corporate stakeholders.
