The Education & Training Advisor coordinates learning experiences that build capability, strengthen workforce skills, and support organisational success.
The role supports technical training and vocational education strategy and coordinates apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
The position provides administrative and technical support to the Manager Training Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate apprenticeship and traineeship programs, including recruitment, induction, workplace support, and professional development activities.
- Administer Melbourne Water's technical training programs and contribute to online and face-to-face training outcomes.
- Maintain training records and support compliance, reporting, invoicing, budget planning, and e-learning development.
- Work with trainees, leaders, supervisors, training providers, community partners, and other stakeholders to support workforce development.
