Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global Government Affairs team, analyze and address capacity gaps in target countries, support country leadership and partner networks in capacity building tenders.
  • Lead capacity building tender process and facilitate exchange of relevant materials between Siemens Healthineers, ministries of health, and NGOs. Oversee bid management to align tender terms with business objectives.
  • Support development of capacity building solutions by combining Siemens Healthineers portfolio with local partners, focusing on specific clinical areas and workflows.
  • Coordinate all phases of capacity building projects from planning and monitoring to implementation and evaluation.
  • Ensure quality of capacity building content and maintain relationships with business partners.

Your qualifications and experience

  • University degree in medicine, business administration, or engineering, ideally with specialization in health economics or medical technology.
  • Long years of professional experience in development of organizational education and training, preferably in healthcare providers.
  • Experience in tendering and bid management in healthcare sector.
  • Strong project management skills working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital processes.

Your attributes and skills

  • Fluent in English for business negotiations; very good language skills relevant to region are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex content in English and ideally another regional language.
  • Proven ability to support teams and foster collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within region (approx. 15%).

Work flexibility

  • Mobile working within Germany up to 60% of working hours possible.
  • Mobile working from abroad possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions.
