Role Overview
Support the growing e-commerce business by ensuring seamless customer-order execution and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Provide daily operational support for e-commerce sales and customer service activities.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end customer order processing for timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and follow up with internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery.
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare sales reports, order trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining sales documentation and records.
- Respond to internal inquiries and escalate operational issues when appropriate.
- Identify process-improvement opportunities and support efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service level agreements.
