Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol, ensuring smooth store performance, product availability, order processing, and promotional execution to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol
- Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Execute and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and platform data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
- Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and A+ content are updated and optimized
- Handle platform-related issues such as account health, policy compliance, returns, and customer feedback
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to support online campaigns and product launches
- Generate regular operational and sales reports for management review
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon, Noon, or Trendyol
- Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and seller center management
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience in stationery, office supplies, home goods, or related industries is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Trendyol Seller Panel
- Experience with inventory planning and order management
- Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, advertising coordination, and campaign execution
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
