Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

B2b Sales Manager

to lead business development and sales growth for Deli stationery products in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding B2B channels, managing key accounts, and developing long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, educational institutions, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve company sales and profit targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within stationery, office supplies, and related product categories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, corporate customers, schools, bookstores, and retail chains
  • Manage and expand existing key accounts while continuously developing new sales channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management review
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer payments, collections, and account performance
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings to strengthen brand visibility and market presence
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and long-term customer relationship management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in stationery, office supplies, FMCG, or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and B2B sales channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling wholesale, modern trade, and corporate sales accounts
  • Strong network within Saudi Arabia’s stationery or office supply industry
  • Ability to lead sales projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in pricing strategy, sales planning, and market expansion initiatives
