Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, qualified, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our nursery team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their early development through play-based and structured learning aligned with EYFS or similar frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver **age-appropriate activities** based on EYFS or nursery curriculum
- Create a **safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment** for children
- Support children’s **social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development**
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress
- Maintain **health, safety, and child protection standards** at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s development
- Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior
- Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
Requirements (Uae Standard)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in **Early Childhood Education** or related field
- CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) – preferred/required in UAE nurseries
- Minimum **1–2 years of nursery or early years experience**
- Knowledge of **EYFS framework** or similar curriculum
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Passion for working with young children
